Do you believe God has given you a passion for a certain area of service - a vision for what could and should be? What do you do if there doesn't appear to be an existing ministry to fulfill this need? For example, if you have a passion to reach divorced people for Christ, what do you do if you don't find a place to serve?
Do you have a passion for leadership within the church, that goes beyond Administration? For example, do you want to plant a church or address an unmet need in the community?
At Petaluma Valley Baptist Church, we seek to identify and develop leaders for God's kingdom. A vision for what could and should be may be from God, and it deserves careful and prayerful consideration in a supportive environment. Our pastoral leadership would love to meet with you to discuss your vision, and either help support it or direct you to a constructive course of action to explore or initiate it.
