Venture
Petaluma Valley Baptist Church is committed to fulfilling its part in the great commission, both financially and through personal involvement.
- In addition to designated giving, 14.5% of general funds were budgeted to Missions purposes as outlined in Acts 1:8. Significant support was dedicated to the Mobile Food Pantry, IVCF at Sonoma State University, and Light for the City in Macau, China.
- We supported our own members in the mission field in North Carolina, Mexico, and China in 2011, where we helped with disaster relief, built homes, and taught English.

If you believe you are being called to get personally involved in reaching the lost "to the ends of the earth," there are several ways you can do so as part of Petaluma Valley Baptist Church:
- Volunteer with our Men's Group to perform Disaster Relief. Save the dates: September 24-30, 2012.
- We are hosting a CSBC Disaster Relief training event on March 17, 2012. Our training event is now listed on CSBC website, where you can register on-line. You will be the hands and feet of Jesus for people in desperate need.
The Missions Committee reviews sponsorship requests and would delight to pray with you as you seek how to get personally involved in your venture.
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." (Acts 1:8)
