Loving God, Loving People, Everywhere We Go!

Welcome

We are so glad you are checking out our family of faith.

Petaluma Valley Baptist Church is a church with a deep focus on knowing Jesus as the center of our faith and

our lives. Our church campus is in East Petaluma in the shadow of Sonoma Mountain, but our church members live in the communities of Petaluma, Sonoma, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Santa Rosa, Novato and surrounding areas like Two Rock.

Our core values and vision are Loving God, Loving People, Everywhere We Go!  We believe that Jesus is the hope of the world and how we receive God’s love and love Him back and how we then love people is the most important thing about us. We want to help people know the Creator God who loves them through a relationship with Jesus Christ; we want to learn to better love our families, neighbors, friends, those who don’t yet know Jesus, and our community; and we want to love God and people wherever we go all over Petaluma, the Bay Area, and anywhere God sends us around the world!

If you would like to know more about us, please explore the website, contact a staff member, or come visit us for worship on a Sunday morning (9:00 or 11:00 a.m.) at 580 Sonoma Mountain Pkwy. We can't wait to meet you!

In Christ,

The Pastors and Staff of PVBC

COVID-19 Update

Throughout the Covid pandemic, PVBC has sought to follow Jesus, meet together safely, keep going as a church, and follow common sense safety regulations related to Covid. We have changed our approach accordingly as the pandemic has shifted (we met outside for almost a year) and try to abide by reasonable county and state guidelines. Currently, we are meeting indoors with windows and doors open to create air flow and participate in indoor masking per county regulations. We strive to worship and serve God and gather as a church while loving and protecting each other, the vulnerable among us, and our neighbors and community.
